The scale says I've gained two pounds since yesterday. I know you're not supposed to weigh yourself everyday. I wanted to for the next two weeks. I did have a scoop of ice cream yesterday, well really more like a spoon of ice cream. (I measured out a portion) so I was within my calorie limit, but I guess when they say that what you eat makes a difference really is true. This makes me wonder - can I never have a smidge if ice cream again?
