My True Nature

I am shaking it! ==Not shake-weight, but protein drinks! I am using free weights today though. I have to say the protein shakes are surprising me. Yesterday I added nutmeg & cinnamon to chocolate and on one I added peppermint extract (only takes like a drop!) to come off extra tasty. I am moving my protein, which I normally have too little of until the last couple days. I am trying to track, not normally my strong suit, but will keep trying, one day it might actually seat.

Big steps for me:

-eat 5-6 meals a day
-sleep at least 6 hours a day
-Move more

I am learning to care more about the nutrients going in the system than the taste (but there's no reason taste can't have it's place in my life either!)

I am choosing to be conscious of my eating and accept the notion that food isn't bad, it's how we behave with it or use it. If I choose to eat a cookie or candy, then I am allowing it, because restrictions bother my sense of living an unlimited life. The trick is become more aware of how certain foods make me feel daily and whether it is something I desire for reasons that work for me. If someone upsets me, it is more important for me to manage my emotions than to ignore them by eating food or doing some other activity that does not serve my highest good and potentials. Besides that by next November I'll be a Doctor, a psychologist and I won't tell someone struggling with their health something that I wouldn't do myself. It's time to own my true nature and my true nature is all about health, power, and enjoyment of life!
