Been a rough couple of weeks

I'm having some stress mostly coming from work, that is putting healthy living to a test. No loss or gains in the weight department. Sadly physically I'm going to have to start over in the exercise department. I have a tendency to internalize my feelings and mope. My friend at work says how much exercise is a stress reliever for her. I hope someday I can feel that way too. My same friend just finished up the warrior dash a couple of weeks ago. That looked like so much fun! It makes me want to be able to get to that point. I just have to beat these old emotions that hold me back. I know I'm the only one who can do it. So I better figure out how to get it done!

    Emotions can so often get in the way and they can be stronger than your act of will. I guess if you do something often enough it becomes habit forming and you just have to think about it that little bit less. Once fitness becomes a habit, you just fit it in and it happens automatically. Takes a while to get there though!. I'm restarting, so join the club!

    My thoughts when I'm off track... is to remind myself there is tomorrow and there is no hurry. Better to start when you feel it's right emoticon along with a little nudge from a emoticon
