I walked about 2.5 miles today. I even jogged for a couple of blocks! It felt really good to jog but if I'm going to start jogging again, I'll need to get some belly support. I had to hold my belly while I jogged because it's a tad uncomfortable having it bounce around, LOL. I tied Havoc's leash around my waist so I could have a free hand, which came in handy for holding my belly :) I was pretty hot again today but we managed to get our workout in. I didn't do stretching today because a friend of mine called RIGHT as I got back to my house after the walk. No workout tomorrow. I have an appointment!! I'm so excited, I can hardly wait. I probably won't be able to sleep tonight!!!
