Just keep swimming....

Wednesday, August 28, 2013

The pool is finally back open at work (two days out of the week anyway). So I decided that I would make a goal and swim one mile each time I go to swim. So I swam 2 miles this week! I am now going to try to keep going for a few weeks and then try to shorten the time (I am currently at an hour for a mile).

The boot camp class is starting up again next week, so now I have to decide if I want to add that back into my routine or not. I really do enjoy it, however the price and travel are what gets me.... I will figure out something though.

I am just trying to focus on getting back into my groove and into planning. I know it will happen, it's just the waiting and the working things out that gets me.

Oh I am so jealous emoticon I would love to have access to a pool like that it sounds wonderful. I had a pool when I was a kid (from the time I was 11 until I was 14) and I LOVED it. Unfortunately the indoor pool we have in our town is soooo busy with families or it's lap swimming and I don't think I am a strong enough swimmer for laps.

Great job on the swimming. I hope the boot camp works out for you. If you love it and you can swing it you should do it. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
