Taking the Time to Dream

One thing that meditation does for me is it helps me to focus on possibilities. Not being able to accept the amazing changes one can achieve with belief and determination has thwarted me in the past. I look at my jiggles and a toned healthy body used to seem unattainable. Now, instead of focusing on jiggle, I focus on the ability to reshape my body like the ability to turn a few ingredients in the kitchen to an amazing meal. Inspiration is my path and achievement of total health is my destiny, not a dream!
