What do I do next....Set Obtainable Goals!

To recap, since mid-July, I've had a bad osteoarthritis flair-up, 2 ear aches, one which ruptured (still dealing with hearing loss). I've also gained 9 lbs. Not good, lol. I also was dealing with a lot of stress during that time.

My trouble with the weight gain and my decision to take a break from SP, has proven to me that I was accelerating too fast in my goals, I kept increasing them to unattainable results. As a result, I got discouraged...the rest is history!

To keep from losing any more ground, and because I haven't been exercising, I will have to start slow, AGAIN!!! I think that's a GOOD thing!!! I found several good books on diet and exercise.
1. The Mayo Clinic Diabetes Diet (as I'm at high risk for diabetes plus it's a life-style diet)
2. Jorge Cruise's, 8 Minutes in the Morning exercise plan.
3. Real Fitness For Real Women, A Unique Work-Out For the Plus-Size Woman by Rochelle Rice

So, all that said,
Here's my September Goals:

1: Fitness
a.) Walk 15+ minutes daily
b.) Strength Train; 3 days a week for 8-10 minutes a session.
c.) Complete a minimum of 360 fitness minutes a month.

2: Nutrition
a.) Track my meals and snacks.
b.) Try to stay within my calorie range.
d.) Drink 9 cups of water daily.
e.) Eat 5 Freggies daily

3: Weigh-Ins
a.) Weigh once a week.
b.) Loose 1.5 lbs a week for a total loss of 6 lbs for the month.

4: Motivation
a.) Stay connected with my Spark Friends and Spark Teams through status updates, spark pages, and team chat threads.

5: My Rest:
a.) Be in bed by Midnight. to get a minimum of 7 hrs sleep nightly.
