I need technical help from a fellow Sparker, please!

Wednesday, August 28, 2013

OK, so I met my first goal, which was to go from 170 to 150 on my old scale. Now I have a new digital scale, and I know it's going to say I weigh over 155 when I weigh myself tomorrow morning. I wanted to set my new goal to show pounds to lose, rather than my weight, so I don't feel like I'm having to lose the same pounds all over again. I've seen that some of you have tickers that don't show your weight, but rather how many pounds you have left to lose. I can't figure out how to do that. On the "change your goals" page it asks me for my weight and what I want to get down to. Is there a trick one of you can teach me? Or should I just suck it up and put down what the new scale says? Advice, please!

Hi there. Right below your ticker on the front of your Spark page, you should see a tiny link called Edit Your Ticker, click on it and you will be given a page of options on how to set it up
The one you want is the second one, Pounds Lost Ticker.
emoticon on your weight loss so far!
    Keep up the great work!

Go to your spark page and select edit. Then go to where your ticker is and you should see another edit ticker button. Click this and it will give you many options of how to change your ticker settings. emoticon
