SOOO tired! Tomorrow is the first day of a normal schedule with my new students. Today they had an orientation day and did some diagnostic testing. Even though I worked two twelve hour days, I did not stray too much from a plan. I have been living off of keto cups as a dessert though. I just haven't been able to make it to the gym the past two days. I'm exhausted. I haven't gotten good rest. I am going to bed immediately. I may not lose as much this week, but I am still on a good path. I just need to make sure that I find "comfy" things to do after work to decompress and not turn to food because I am eating more than I need when I get home.
