I havent been blogging or sparking like I should. Life happened. My dad lost his battle with ALS at the beginning of this year. My mom sold her house and moved to another state. I feel really lost right now. I did meet an incredible guy and fell in love. Unfortunately my health took a huge beating this year. I was hospitlized twice, taken by ambulance..turns out I got C-diff. it was really hard to get rid of. Then I got a really bad cold-sinus infection that I have had for over a month now. I barely have any energy to move. I am moving on top of it. Stress has been a constant this whole year. I am hoping in the next few weeks I feel much better so I can actually work out and get back into the groove. I can not believe how much "life happening" affects your health. So here is to a better end of summer and fall!!
