I have been having a lot of fun playing with these two Beach Body workouts the last two weeks. I knew that I needed something to shock my body. I have been teaching/taking Jazzercise for over 10 years now (!) and it is my love. But my body has definitely acclimated to it after all this time.

I have known for a while that sprints or interval training was what I needed to do to continue making progress but I had a hard time including them in my schedule. I am an aerobics and dance class junkie! The thought of treadmill or the bleachers filled me dread!

These two workouts are on video and have a built in class atmosphere so I have been able to integrate the training that I know I need in a format that I still enjoy, which is awesome! Insanity has been around so long, what the heck was my problem? I am so surprised I had not gotten into it earlier!

Here is a picture I took yesterday. I am seeing progress for sure in my definition and my arms are smaller. I know it will be weeks (a couple months?) before my legs come in so I will keep pushing forward! I will post some leg shots to use as a reference some time this week.
