T25 Day 15

Yes, I am a day behind...again!! I got yesterday's workout done today as yesterday was a crazy day that really didn't give me any "me" time. Lame excuse, I know, but I am human! And of course, I went to bed feeling extremely guilty for not getting my workout in. I have so little motivation right now and I don't know why...it's 25 minutes KELLY!!! Suck it up. Any words of encouragement would be very welcomed!!!!!

I did get Total Body Circuit done this morning from yesterday. My plan is to get Speed 1.0 done later today and then I am back on track. Yes, I am veering off track a little each week, but I do always get caught back up!
