Hard Day...

In usual Monday form, I was running late, so no breakfast. And then work, like every Monday lately, bled through the lunch hour and into the afternoon. I finally got to eat at 2:30PM, but by then, the stress and hunger had taken their toll. I resisted the urge to grab something on the go and ate the lunch I'd packed for myself, but the exhaustion from the day has sapped my motivation. I'm going to yoga, but I'm soooooo tired. But I'm going, so, win?
