Well I have finished workout day 1 of week 3! I can't believe I made it through the 2-week slump. Or at least for me I tend to hit week two and be done. I am down 2 lbs since my weigh in last weekend. I was actually able to go outside and kick a ball around with my 4 year old daughter and while I didn't move very fast I was moving! My husband is definitely my rock in that he is keeping me going. I am seeing much improvement in his mood from day to day. He seems much happier and quicker to laugh or smile than to be a sour puss. I plan to keep going and finish out this program while picking up healthier and healthier habits for life.
