I was on a dang plateau for over a month, but just kept working out and tracking the calories. So a couple weeks ago, I looked up ways to overcome this, and lo and behold Dr. Oz has a smoothie you can make that's supposed to help get you over it. Guess what: it works! WOOHOO! I am stuck at that dreaded 164 no more, now down to 161 and soon to cross into the sweet valley of Jordan of the 150s. Yeah, baby!
