busy busy busy

im sorry I have not been on in a couple of weeks, life all of a sudden got very hectic. I starting varsity swimming for the 3rd year now and im loving it:) I also got a part time job as a waitress in a little dinner, which keeps me up and walking around for many hours, and school is starting in less than 2 weeks. so I have been very busy but I will try to come on more often. my weight loss has been moving slow, I lost around 19 pounds but I cant seem to go any lower than that. I thought that when I joined swimming the pounds would just fall off of me but it isn't seeming to work like that, I anything I feel a little more bloated and chubby. but I know soon enough it will start kicking in:) I just hope I can start getting a little more lean for school, I really wan to impress my friends, treachers, and yes, boys.lol.

    don't worry, we all hit plataues. Take a look at what you are eating (especially if you are working at a diner, i gained a lot of weight in college and it made it easier to do working at panera). Make sure you are in your ranges (not eating too much or too little, with swimming every day you might need to eat more). Make sure you are getting enough water and protein! Add strength training, if you don't do it. You'll get through it and start losing weight gain in no time!
