My morning workouts have been going great! I am super excited to get up and exercise now. Today is going to be a rest/stretch day. The workouts have taken a toll on my legs and tightened up my back muscles. Because of this, it hurts to walk. I end up just hobbling around (more so than usual). To manage this, I'm going to try out these yoga poses for runners www.sparkpeople.com/reso
. Even though I'm not a runner, these poses target my problem areas. Hopefully some yoga and foam rolling will stretch out my legs and back so I can work out tomorrow.
