Think I need new glasses (contacts) Or Earth's Gravitational Pull isn't working...

Saturday, August 24, 2013

Didn't even get to sleep 8 hours yet... before the bladder waking me - I'd like a do-over at the Doc's scale NOW! LOL OMG - did everyone else lose over night? Afraid if I go back to bed for another 2 hrs (to make the 8 that I usually can finally muster on Fri>Sat!)... but wasn't it...

Fri 5.4, then 4.2, then 3.4?
Sat 1.2????? Without having had my 8hrs sleep yet??? If I sleep a lil' more, will it be even lower?

OK, I did NOT void THAT MUCH weight... where was it? Did the earth's Gravity shift last night? I just hopped back up from the blog - to go check it again. Still the same reading. What???

Am I still asleep? And dreaming? Dream-blogging? If I wake up and this is still here, I'm going to freak!!!

I didn't go sweat buckets at the gym in my sleep, did I? *counts fingers and toes* All appendages are still intact. Hair is all still here. Actually have on the exact t-shirt/capris that I'd had on yesterday morning - if anything they should be heavier with the grime of all day yesterday. Did I wear them thin? LOL

I'm just in shock that the scale actually moved that much OVERNIGHT... (Curiosity had me last night, and when I'd weighed after the 1hr nap yesterday afternoon - I think it was at 3.6).

OK, frightful thought - did 2-4 pounds of my muscle turn into fat last night? They say muscle weighs more... LOL

It's just so amazing how the body works - I mean... did hubby inject some helium during my sleep? Where/When did that few pounds go overnight? :)

Please don't take this wrong, but I do hope it's me, and not earth's gravitation changing! What say all of you??? It can't be just me - not this much overnight!!!

(Hubby just got up and is 2# lighter than yesterday!) So, yeah... at least in this region, I'm leaning towards gravitational shift LOL.

I usually lose overnight. I always think maybe if I stay in bed long enough, I could wake up or get up at my ideal weight!! emoticon Wonder how long that would take??

No one can explain the mysteries of the scale. Lots of theories out there (I liked yours about wearing your clothes thin!) but basically none of them so tried and true they can be established as fact. But the important thing is that you're losing weight and that's great, so celebrate! emoticon

Yeah, may be normal - as in normal where an hour after I get up, a pound or two higher is normal... end of day, 5 pounds is normal... but technically from last weekend - thru all week, wake up weighings were higher - didn't expect to see today go down 4 # from last Sunday :) (I think it was last Sat am I forgot to hop on the scale at waking - so I couldn't really judge the official weigh-in day until Sunday).

Have mowed the WORST front corner, had to go over stuff 3-4 times each it was so awful. Then started on Chrissy's... and the darned apple trees have shed/dropped so many apples, it's a mine field for twisting ankles, and impossible to mow through! I did the toughest parts (around/under deck, picnic table, apple tree), then hubby actually sneaked out there on my break, and did a good portion of it... I finished it off and at 106 minutes, boy am I done for the day.

Hoping the few twists and slips didn't hurt my back (yeah, hurts now, but almost always does after that hard of a workout!!!

WHEW! Now, off to shopping for a case for my new Envy x2... some healthy foods, and DINNER!!!!!!!! Then, back to the grind tomorrow - still have back yard, and wanna do front before it gets as bad as the other 3 got!

LOL. Plus or minus 4 pounds is considered normal as water moves in and out of cells. Maybe you ate a food that is a natural diuretic.

Haha well I didn't step on the scale this morning so I don't know. But I have had that happen before, it's the greatest! Congrats!
