I'm completely confused...

Saturday, August 24, 2013

I changed my weight this morning because I'd lost some weight. I get in from my walk, and I entered my mileage and my breakfast, and suddenly my meal plan went from 1690-2040 per day to 2030-2380. What's up with that? I'm not on the new system which calculates the calories you lose with your exercise. I'm on the old set up, which has the set amount. I TOTALLY expected the calories to go DOWN since I'm losing weight instead of going up. :( Oh well, I'll eat what I'm eating until I'm full. If that's way below what they're expecting then oh well!

I haven't used the tracker in so long, I can't give advice, but I know you used to be able to set your own range. Also, if you burned off calories it adjusted the deficit so you could eat more. This may be what happened.

I'm good to myself. I'm not eating anything that I shouldn't be and I'm not letting myself go hungry. If I'm truly hungry, I'll grab something. I have veggies and fruit here. I have peanut butter and such. It's just that I'm trying to keep within the diabetic carb guidelines of 120-205g/day. And if I get to the limit I still have lots of calories left, but I don't want to go over my protein/fats either. So I'm still figuring this out. Thanks for your concern though! :)
