T25 Day 12

Double Workout day DONE!! Man oh man, I was not feeling it today and REALLY did not want to workout AT ALL, let alone TWO!! I called my husband to whine about it and he did great. Didn't say to do it or not to do it, just went on and on about how good I was looking and how he could tell I was toning. Well that was all it took. I got it done and felt so good afterwards.

The double days are hard! I am exhausted afterwards! Today was Abs and Cardio. While on the mat doing some of the Abs workout, I noticed a baby muscle trying to make its debut! I got pretty excited and tried to recreate it tonight to show my husband.

Tomorrow is Lower Body and I might try to throw a little run in with it. I would really like to add some runs in throughout the week a couple days, but I am just not a runner and haven't run in quite some time. We will see how the day pans out!!
