I'm back on track. YEAH. Happily it was not a long intermission. I'm feeling good again, although my cough is still hanging on. I decided to buy a sleep aid, since falling asleep has just been so hard for me lately. Getting enough sleep is important for overall health, and I think lack of rest was part of the reason why I got so sick. Also why the dumb cough is still hanging on.

My workout routine is going pretty well, I'm still enjoying how quick the 30-day shred workouts are! Just to try it, I did the step 2 workout yesterday. Oh my gosh! It's so intense I kind of got mad at how hard it is. I didn't exactly finish it. Today I went back to doing step 1. I have yet to get it done 10 days in a row, despite the video routine being my "fitness goal" for August. First, it came late, then I got 5 days going and I got sick. So now I'm not sick, and August is almost gone! Ah well. I'm still feeling good, and getting stronger! That workout will be a huge challenge for months to come.

    Way to go Emily! Glad you are back on track! Can you show me the way? I seem to have derailed myself and haven't found my way back to the track! LOL!
