What's Up With Miss B? - Week 127

Nutrition = Have been tracking, but haven't been staying within my limits. I just haven't been doing well with this week at all. Money was scarce this week, so I didn't have my healthy foods to eat in the house anymore. Going to try again tomorrow. All I can do is the best I can. I HAVE been watching my portions on the food I do eat, so that helps I guess.

Water Intake = Excellent.

Exercise = Going over choreography gets the heart pumping, so I guess that counts as something.

Clothing Fit, Inches Lost = Everything is fitting pretty well this week despite TOM.

Stress Level/Exhaustion = Hasn't been too bad. Have been dealing with sadness/frustration this week, trying to beat it as best as I can. It comes and goes.


None this week.

I've a VERY busy weekend ahead of me. Lots of rehearsals, etc. We've got a few weeks before we open and time is of the essence. The show must go on! HA!
