I am so happy to have the sparkpeople app to take on the go. it was hard to log in at first because i always logged in through facebook, but i found out how to get through that, and i was scared it wasnt going to work out. $3.99 for an app that will save my health isnt bad, lol.
I have my daughter in 2nd grade now for the 2nd day. Its a nice break from the extra craziness, although i miss her. I have my other daughter here until I see if she is going to preschool.
My routines tracking food and watching what I eat, and exercise has been coming back just perfectly. I didnt gain as much as I thought in the past few months I slacked, so thats great too.
Other than that I wanted to say hi to everyone and let them know that I am doing well, I go for long walks 5-6x a week and more now that I will walk to my daughters school again.
My only issues are these:
1. waking up early and going to bed late seems to be alot of hours and if I eat as soon as I wake up, it will definately make my appetite uncontrollable at times, so I have to just have coffee and sometimes I am not always hungry in the morning...
2. I really dont have a lot of money for all the food I would love to get from stores, with feeding 4 people here, I need better food options here, but I do know that when I track what I eat, It keeps me accountable and keeps a close eye on my daily limits. Money is just low anymore.
I will always feel at home with spark people with all the people I have watched for so long on their journeys, that's why instead of getting free apps to track, I am staying here and keeping this my home. =)
Take care everyone and lets live healthy.
