T25 Day 11

So I ended up only getting in one T25 workout in, Speed 1.0. I forgot how exhausting that workout is! I really wanted to do some lifting also as I hadn't done any since Monday. So I decided to just do Speed 1.0 and ST tonight. Friday I will do my double workout as scheduled and then on Saturday I will make up the last one. Thankfully next week is a nice, normal routine week which means I may actually follow the schedule to a T!!
