    I have done this same thing Way too many times, but an upcoming vacation (I'll be wearing a swimsuit a lot) and this challenge have me behaving myself right now.

    emoticon for adding it up, forgiving yourself and getting right back on track.

    As you well know, falling down is not the mistake. it's not getting right back up again. emoticon emoticon
