I must keep going

It was not at all easy to get out of bed this morning to workout. It is the middle of the the second week of my working out and I am tired and sore. Normally this would be the time in most workout programs that I would be petering out and saying I was a failure. But I can't do that this time. I need to keep going. It is helping that my husband is working out with me. I need to hold on to that feeling I have when I am done with a work out. The feeling of accomplishment of finishing it, not the out-of-breath I am exhausted-ness.
I have goals to meet so i can't give up!
