The Clock is Ticking....

Tick, tick, tick...the clock is ticking, and I must run! Well, hold on a moment, I DO NOT run, but I can do other things! Tick, tick, tick, how will I spend my day today? Has this happened to you? Of course, I am sure it has, but using time WISELY, now this can be a problem.

I can not tell a lie, I love to get a great night of rest, and don't we all! I almost always do. I get up in the morning with my morning ritual, breakfast, meditation and prayer, then clean up, you know the norm for many of us. But something that I have tried to do, is exercise, even when I was unable to do most while on recovery, I fit "something in" minor as they may be, but ANY FORM of exercise for TEN MINUTES DAILY, I Can Do! Now that I am working my way back to a schedule, I try to COMMIT myself to three or four times a week, with ONE HOUR Classes. I say this, again, because I worked all the time, kept my house clean (I am a neatnik) but exercise???? No way!

When I started this journey, April 2011, and 80+ pounds heavier, I made several promises to myself. Do what I CAN DO, Keep DOING them daily, EVEN FOR 10 MINUTES (Here is that 10 minutes again), and Make Any and ALL Changes Lifestyle changes I can KEEP DOING.

Tick, tick, tick, ya I've got some time, and I'm going make every minute COUNT!

    Good for you. I've set 15 minutes a day that I have to get in. Most days I get in 30 and some days 60. I just do what I can for that day. I truly believe you need to listen to your body. It knows just what you can handle. I like your I CAN DO attitude. I am really trying to adopt this same attitude. Way to go and a big high 5 on the 80 pounds lost!!! emoticon

    Good for you!! I don't get exercise every day because I never seem to fit it in on Sunday anymore. I do get 6 days in and usually for 45-75 min. You're doing a great job-keep up the good work!

    I like that 10 minute idea because it seems like 10 minutes always sets the stage to want to do more...You are and have done a emoticon job emoticon
