Results Speak: A Good Week!

I lost nearly 7 pounds this week, getting down to 208.8. My goal for the end of summer was to be under 200, which seemed near impossible last week, but now I am pretty excited that I'm really close to making it!
What did I do this week that worked? I burned lots of calories at the gym on the treadmill, elliptical, arc trainer, and bike while catching up on reading so i can build my curriculum. I went for walks and bike rides. I did a day of intermittent fasting in which my reward meal was celery, turkey, and a slice of cheesecake. The next day this weekend, I ate low carb meals and then I ate a reward meal with a fried dough ball, cannoli, and chocolate drenched brownie. For the rest of the week since Monday, I ate breakfast st 8, lunch at 12, and a late dinner. Breakfast and lunch were provided by the Professional Development. I had eggs, cheese, cucumbers in the morning, and meat and salad for lunch.
I made keto cups: natural peanut butter, unsweetened chocolate, stevia, coconut oil, and cream, frozen and put in cupcake papers. I ate this for a dessert fix at dinner.
I can't believe that the reward meal gives results. I am excited. This is perfect for making this a lifestyle rather than a diet.
