Sheer exhaustion - battling through it

Wednesday, August 21, 2013

More drama on the medical front.
Hubby spiked more fever overnight and they FINALLY sent him to the hospital.
Good thing, he was severely dehydrated, so much so it injured one of his kidneys. They also found blood clots in each of his legs because the rehab staff did not move him at all over the weekend. So he is on IV fluids, blood thinner, antibiotic for the urinary infection. No wonder there was an infection.
Right now my anger is stilled.
I need to be able to sleep.

I am now 193 lbs.
small victory in the midst of this.
AND I have an interview next week at a library I really want to work at, with hours that are doable for me.
(Do you think the polka dot dress and pink jacket I am wearing in my profile picture are good for the interview?)

Keep praying for my hubby's recovery, and for me.
Love ya all!

emoticon for DH & you. I agree I would be looking for another rehab facility and hopefully you have options.
I agree the polka dot dress will look very nice for your interview. Praying that it goes well for you.

Prayers and healing thoughts for you and your husband.

Good luck with the interview! I think the ensemble will do - you look very nice, yet professional in it!

Awesome that you keep rockin' the journey in spite of adversity!

I think that's the perfect outfit to wear! I would try to find a different rehab for him when he gets to leave again because that one seems inadequate. I'm praying for you, the job, and the hubby!
