AS SOON AS I had my incident with my ‘bells was kind enough to post this on the main site.

The lady’s “breakdowns” of these moves are truly needed. I’ve learned I need visuals instead of just words. If I’d just went at this with just what I read I probably would be lying in the floor somewhere!

    I admire you for giving kettle bells a try. They are excellent exercise, but hard to do. I think that your doing the bells twice a week is an awesome goal met. Moving will keep you pretty busy for a couple of weeks, I'm sure. Packing and hauling boxes is good exercise. I wish you great success with your new home and your new job!
