Freezing your own yogurt is no joke!! I have done that lots of times. It works better for me, if I'm using a fruit-on-the-bottom variety, to stir it up first, put the lid back on, and then freeze it (sometimes I sneak in my favorite nuts or other treats). Then it is super yummy and good to go when thawed out just a tiny bit. And flavors that I usually didn't like in regular form, like pineapple, because they would taste "too sweet" are just perfect when frozen. (I'd read years ago that cold dulls the taste reception of sweet, so products intended to be frozen - like icecream etc - the manufacturers add a lot more sugar or other syrup to make it "taste" sweet. Been quite a while since I read that, so I couldn't tell you where I read it at.).

I've never seen that Yosso Coconut Frozen Greek yogurt bars - they look super yummy!! and I like the frozen coconut bars like I get from the local Hispanic neighborhood grocery stores and street cart venders. SOOO GOOOD!! (if you like coconut, that is!).
