Fast Break Goal

I reeeeeeeeeeeaally meant to have this entry in before midnight because I said I would post on Tuesday. It's 12:12 now, so that's not so bad...


My Fast Break Goals:

1. I will log everything that I eat at least 5 days a week.
2. I will exercise/be active (and log it on SP) at least 3 days a week.
3. I will join one Spark Team and be an active member (e.g., posting, commenting on members' posts and blogs, etc.).

According to "The Spark," the fast break goals should include 1 nutrition goal, 1 fitness goal, and 1 motivational goal. There are other things I want to work on too, like drinking enough water and taking my vitamins, but I feel good about these goals. Time to start my Spark Streaks emoticon
