changing fitness program

Since I started working with the spark coach program, and listened to they're take on a balanced exercise program. I decided that I needed to redo mine.

1. Walking at least 20 mins. a day
2. Strength training 10 mins
3. Pedlar 3 -5 mins daily
4. Chair exercising 10 daily
5. Elastic bands 10 mins
6. Medicine ball 10 mins

I know it's more than 10 mins a day but I plan on spreading out my exercising throughtout the whole day

    53-55 minutes a day is not good, it is GREAT! I'm proud that you are considering this, trying to get up to 55 minutes of different kind of exercises each day. Spread them out through the whole day, Be Safe!

    Breath in slowly through your nose, expanding your stomach then release through your pierced lips pulling in the stomach muscles till all the air is out, releasing with the exertion part of the exercise (example bands, breath in before pulling the band let out as you are pulling the band. This works well for me.
