Small Goals leading to Larger ones!

Last month I was so excited that I thought I easily did 1500+ Fitness mins. I told myself I would get 2000+mins in August. I haven't been paying attention to adding my mins, I've just been logging it like I normally do. I love getting email notifs from SP, and this one make me so excited! It told me that I got 2000 fitmins for August! I achieved my goal! I'm def going to work harder to see if I can get to 1000 more in 11 days. ( I think I might be able to do it)

I just wanted to use the blog entry to remind myself of my small and HUGE goals I would like to accomplish. They might not be in order of how I would like to complete them, but hey, as long as I have something to guide me along the way, right?

Run/Walk a 5K
Run 1mile w/o stopping
Run a 5K w/o stopping
Swim a Swimmer's Mile w/o stopping
Work on my breath control and flip turns while swimming
Bike 20mi in one day (I've already done 11, why not 9 more?)
Do a "mini" triathalon
Run/Walk a 10K
Bike from Hammond to CrownPoint and Back 30-31miles
Lower my body fat% (Currently 35%)
Encourage more people to use SP (It does wonders for support and motivation!)

I'm sure there's many more goals, but these are the ones I came up with off the top of my head.
