Apple Cider Vinegar?

So a co worker was telling me that apple Cider vinegar really helped her in her weight loss. I was skeptical for sure however I believe that it is helping me actually. I don't know if it is helping with the water retention but I do know that I have issues with not being able to be regular and this helps me without drinking coffee even. I know this is TMI but someone else maybe out there with the same problem. Do I think it is helping me lose weight? I think it is but for me I believe that it is helping me in an area that my body just needs help with. I have read several articales on apple cider vinegar. If your going to try this though make sure that you get the raw kind not the regular kind. Raw is a LOT better to swallow down. I take a tablespoon with water. It takes a while to get used to it but after awhile it isn't too bad. I think it is worth it we will see what the scale thinks after a few weeks of being consistent (: If you take ACV let me know your thoughts (:
