Yup, There It Is

Yes, the scale is going in the direction I need it to, the raw foods have been fantastic, my energy level has greatly increased and yup, there it is, MIGRAINE. :(

A banana (which needed to be used up) and an Advil and hopefully I can get this quickly under control. I have veggies roasted in the oven and veggie soup simmering on the stove. Some of the veggies are healing foods and some are allergens. What a vicious cycle! :( But I'm going to beat it and I'll be healthier for it in the long run!

    feel better, and did you let yourself get too hungry before you ate? I know try to eat less lots of times, and usually end up with a bad headache, hope all is better with you

    Thanks, everyone. I was afraid I'd need a second Advil, but I'm doing ok right now. The oven roasted veggies were amazing. The soup is really good, too. :) I've had a good and busy day, so I feel so much better getting so much done! :) Anybody else ever get that - you get one day to nearly conquor the world and that's the one day you get dragged down with whatever.

    I know I'm doing better than usual, though, as the Advil did work and the migraine didn't totally drain me for the rest of the day. That's a huge improvement! And yes, the scale is looking better each day, too! Hooray!

    It's amazing what a difference eating more whole and raw foods can make to our bodies! Hope your headache goes better ASAP.
