I took a break from sparkpeople. I suppose I wasnt making myself a priority lately, but here I am, lol.

Big news for me. I finally gave in and got an updated phone. I was always against updating because i honestly do not trust technology now a days. I know too much, because I do my but I figured that it will not be anything too updated. So its got the android on it and I am able to FINALLYYYY GET SPARKPEOPLE ON THE GO NOW.

I am so behind the times, and I can laugh about it because i do it on purpose haha but I missed my sparkpeople. I didnt download the app yet but this is a warning for all of you... once i get back into my groove, your going to have to put up with me, lol.

all i need now is an app that can weigh your body just by taking a picture... im sure theres one out there. have a great day. Talk to you soon.

    I've been away too long also...just not caring enough about myself. I've worked out 3 times in the last week and lost 6 lbs that I gained on a long weekend trip to my friends in Myrtle Beach 2 weeks ago. I'm going to try to focus on small big goals right now. I keep letting myself down so I'm tired of empty promises.

    20 minute workouts a few days a week right now. Trying to stick to one plate at meals. Avoiding some carbs and added fats.

    I have tried the Lose It app on my phone. It is pretty good. I didn't get the SP app because my phone is a work phone and the app isn't free. Didn't think my company would want to pay for it! haha

    Glad to see you back. I hope I can stay focused for more than a minute this time.
