why is it that after a few days of being good and achieving some success, I over-eat and the scale goes back up? self-sabotage.....

    Not only that, but why is it only a lb or 2 after weeks of dieting and miles of walking, and all it takes is a dish or two of ice cream to put that scale up.... I agree Sabotage.....

    I guess it's your "thing" to have a talk and figure out why you are doing that. Are you restricting yourself too much during your "good" days and then finding yourself hungry...kind of like when you don't eat enough during the day and then become an eating machine at night!? LOL or is it the same days each week you do this? If so, what are your other patterns and habits those days...etc.
    Congrats for realizing your road block though :)
