Spicy salmon wrap
Grilled salmon with favorite spices - 3-4 oz
****Note: honey and chipotle hot sauce mixture makes an excellent coating for salmon.****
Spicy mayo - use 1 tbsp light mayo mixed with 1 tsp Sriracha sauce (or other favorite hot sauce of the month!)
Wrap - 1 whole wheat, spinach, red pepper, whatever works
Red leaf lettuce
Baby spinach
Asparagus - grilled with olive oil and salt
Tomato - 1/4 c.

Wrap and enjoy!



It isn't September yet, but I may as well start practicing.

Focus: including more vegetables and follow-through planning for a busy schedule!

--*Eat for my health! Include 1 vegetable based meal per day.

--*Blog some weekly menu items every weekend.

--*Batch prepare lunches every weekend for the week. They must be in Tupperware containers waiting in the fridge on Sunday night.

--*Find another restaurant menu for veggie-based meal inspiration.
