re-evaluating

Today I am doing some stepping back to the basics, I am getting overwhelmed by some of the challenges on one team, and I try to be perfect and I end up blowing the whole day, so I need to set a small goal I know I can reach with a little work, I am setting a goal of 10,000. steps per day and start a streak tomorrow, because today is half over. This way if I accomplish this I can at least say I did something well.
