    Thanks for commenting ladies. I've always been successful on Low Carb diets but I've been on nearly every diet that has come down the pike over the last 50 years. At the age of 6 the school told my mom to put me on a diet and the doctor gave me diet pills. My metabolism is shot as a result of probably 20-30 years of taking amphetamines. Pre packaged foods work good for me especially now since it is only me eating food in the house. Every diet works if you stick to it, at least for me, but some are easier for me and probably low carb healthier since I am borderline diabetic. Have a great week girls.

    :-( I'm sorry you aren't feeling well. I do agree with ppl on Medifast. That is one strict diet that I could never do. I think that Weight Watchers would be more enjoyable as it doesn't deny anything.. it really teaches you about nutrition and how to make smart choices. When you have a food delivery program they make all your choices.. well I know with Medifast you are allowed to have a real dinner but it's so constricted when it doesn't have to be!

    maybe its too constrainting ? why not just try weight watchers? balanced and easier emoticon

    Done Girls ROCK.
    I couldn't afford a program like Medifast, but I know that many people who do that program and others like Jenny Craig say they cheat, but I think that really defeats the purpose. I wish you lots of luck.
