T25 Day 5 & 6

Spent the past couple of days getting caught up from missing Wednesday's workout. Yesterday was my doubles day originally and I went ahead and kept it as my double day as I knew I wouldn't be able to do two today. So yesterday was the Abs and Cardio workouts. My abs are still hurting me anytime I laugh today! Today's workout was the Lower Body Focus. I kind of liked this one today, my lower body is my "problem areas".

I was so proud of myself today. I was really rushed for time this morning and had to be out the door with the kids pretty early. But I knew that by the time I got home later this afternoon that I was going to be tired and have a TON of excuses as to why I could skip my workout. But I also knew that if I did the workout this morning, I was going to have to squeeze in a shower too! I sucked it up and got it done this morning, flew threw the shower, and was only about 20 minutes late. But I knew that we were fine being late also. It felt so stinkin good having that done in the morning and not having it hanging over my head all day. Plus, my eating choices were so much better and to be honest, so much easier to make as I knew I sweat my butt of this morning and I didn't want to ruin that! Plus, when I did finally get home, I was able to put my feet up and relax a little while my little man was napping and my daughter was having her own down time. Felt nice!

Tomorrow is supposed to be my rest day, but I might throw a little strength training in, we'll see. There is also nothing wrong with just enjoying my rest day!
