Three weeks of insanity done

Saturday, August 17, 2013

Been a bit busy lately so have not been able to blog day to day progress of Insanity.. but I have been not skipping any workouts and it's been going great!

Weekdays food has also been in the range but weekends food portions spiral out of control for me emoticon wish there was a easier way out.. wish I had a personal chef who'd make the right food at the right portion and serve it to me and I don't have to enter the kitchen.. I love food and love cooking so I'm just stuck!!!

You can be a little "lax" on the food when you are doing Insanity. It kicks butt! I finished both months last spring and got my t-shirt. Dig deeper!

I found that if I plan my vegetables first and then my protein and my carbs last, I seem to do better. I really am hooked on fresh spinach now!

Hang in there with the food and just keep trying. If you can do Insanity, you can do ANYTHING!

This is the season to enjoy locally grown fresh fruits and vegetables. Put those cooking skills to work on healthy foods. Congratulations on your fitness commitment.
