Back from Vacation.

Saturday, August 17, 2013

I am back to Spark People after a great vacation and catching up on things when I got home. I did some geocaching and Munzee capturing yesterday for about 3 hours and had a good time. I even showed someone else about them. Hopefully he will go and look them up on his computer when he has time. I gained about 10 pounds over vacation but lost 2.3 in the last week. I want to get in the habit of weighing myself at least once a week to hold myself accountable. I tried the once a month thing but that did not work out so well. I would eat stuff that was bad and say to myself "I got time to work that off I can have that now and work harder later."
This is where I stayed on vacation...home sweet home.

This is the Hubby getting ready for the Allied Champions Battle. He fought with Lochac (Australia)

I also went to a wedding the weekend after I got back from vacation. Fortunately it was local.

Welcome Home!!!! I hear ya on weighing... I try to remember daily, as it will help keep me from overdoing or underdoing things... I don't feel I obsess over it, which is odd since I'm generally so OCD!!! Good luck gettin' back in the groove!!!

It was camping technically but ... we had two refrigerators, a microwave, a coffee maker, plumbing for the sink, on demand hot water for the kitchen and the showers. emoticon

Sounds like you had a great vacation! I just got back myself from Calif. which is why I was MIA. It is kind of hard getting back into the routine of things! Thank you for sharing the pictures!
