. . . I'm recording the loss of this week's 1.5 lb. I got the scale to show 156 by leaning this way and that till the dial finally stopped at the target weight : )
It was a tricky week--my Sis visited for two days, we had a trip to the 'city', and a full day of socializing and celebrating the birthday and civic contributions of a good friend. A whole week of over-eating temptations and little opportunity for exercise. I was good about managing nutrition till yesterday, the Celebration Day, when I succumbed to a couple of beers and a pig-out at the dessert table. Today and tomorrow are home-alone days so I can be very, very strict about what I eat and I can get active for a couple of hours each day. It'll all work out :)
Thanks, good SparkFriends, for giving me all those encouraging pokes as I work on my 10x1.5 (ten weeks of losing 1.5 lb per week.)
