Going strong and motivated!

I joined a gym this month. My baby is over 6 months. Things have gotten a lot better. Being in the gym again thrills me! I love the hard work and sweat. I love the energy of everyone moving and improving!
I got bold and tried my first ever spin class and I'm addicted! Been to four classes already and don't intend to miss any in the next few months. I also made a few new acquaintances who workout at the same times and classes.
I've been challenged to train for my first ever competition...a beginner triathlon! Whoa! Needless to say I'm back in the exercise saddle and going very hardcore this time.
I have started a running training regimen, been doing spinning, and intend to add swimming this week to my training. Also making a big investment in my future by getting a bike today used...only $50! That's a steal compared to prices of new bikes I've researched. Now I'll for sure be able to compete in a triathlon because I will have all the equipment I need: running shoes, swimsuit, bike and a helmet. Bare essentials. If I get bitten by the "tri bug" I will upgrade later. For now this is what I am doing!
One thing is for certain--I'm ALIVE AND GOING STRONG!
