I tried this one yesterday. Pretty good WO it really got me sweating!
It really makes me feel so good to feel the fat just burning away.

    Kettlebells! No wonder you feel the burn!

    I took my resistance straps to the pool with me yesterday. I cannot believe what a wuss my shoulders have become since the arthritis has really set in. But it was kind of fun trying to work with them in the deep end without drowning! LOL Thank goodness I have the pool to myself and no one else can see my stupidity. I keep saying I am going to look up a workout for resistance bands in the pool, but I am kind of having fun doing my own thing with them and figuring out what I can do before I find out what I should be doing. LOL

    Have fun with those kettlebells. I have skipped my weight training session twice this week and hit the pool instead. I know I am in Florida, but the water won't warm up much after November, so I have a few months left and I just started going in July. I feel like I am going to seriously miss it, but it is good strength training as well.
