Waking Up Early

The last 3 days I have been waking up 30-60 minutes up earlier than my usual time. It has really paid off. I feel more organized and less stressed. I've also managed to get to work on time and feel more focused while I am there. I also think that it helps me stay on track with my diet because I have more time to prep in the morning.

    I'm usually a morning person and I feel better if I get up earlier to work out. But here lately i haven't been doing that. I miss my morning walks! Might need to tweak my schedule a little to get my walks in! emoticon
