Reflection of my week

My task is to write about three good things that happened to me last week. I don't often think about things like that weekly so this is a great exercise.
First, I stuck with my eating goals and I felt good about it. I loved setting a good example for my daughters and knowing that I am moving closer to adopting this lifestyle change is very motivating.
Second, I was able to spend time with fiends and family I haven't seen in a few years. Always good to be with loved ones.
Finally, I am enjoying a much-needed getaway with my girlfriends. Helps me stay in balance with self-care.
