Moving Day

Today I am moving from Rye to London. I return to the Bahamas on Saturday. I got lots of exercise - which is generally not my problem. It's food. I did fairly well - in that I am in a different environment and so I can control my food situation as well as I am away from my customary foods. I did eat more vegetables than I normally do and I cooked small amounts of meat and starches so no gorging, I did have cookies on 2 occasions (ate the entire package each time) and drank about 3 bottles of red wine. I worked on some personal goals (like moving out of my comfort zone and reading) but did not knit.

Depending on what time I get home on Saturday, will decide whether I can post (keep my streak going). The national airline is famous for delays and I am scheduled to leave at 8:40p - So it's been good sharing with you but it's now Back to the Old Laboratory. Carving out exercise time, controlling emotional/stress eating and juggling work and family commitments.
